Part 2: Responsibilities for Health and Safety
Overall Responsibility:
The Managing Director, Daniel Calvo-Westcott, has overall responsibility for health and safety within PowerWash Bros.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Officer: Daniel Calvo-Westcott is designated as the Health and Safety Officer, responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures.
- Fire Safety Officer: Santos Calvo-Westcott is responsible for fire safety, including conducting fire risk assessments and ensuring fire safety measures are in place.
Employees: All employees are required to:
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.
- Cooperate with management on health and safety matters.
- Use equipment correctly and in accordance with training and instructions.
- Report any health and safety concerns to the Health and Safety Officer.
Part 3: Arrangements for Health and Safety
Risk Assessments:
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with our cleaning services, including using pressure washing equipment and working at heights.
